うれし涙を噛み締めながら・・・７年後に授かる
大きな再建と復興のチャンスに向かって国民が一致協力して
被災者の皆さんの辛い日々を決して忘れずに、
世界中の皆さんの期待を裏切らないよう一層努力したいと思います。
マドリッドやイスタンブールの皆さん、一緒に戦った 私達はあなた方の友情を永遠に忘れません。
７年後の東京に是非おいで下さい。心から歓待致します。
